Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or produced. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be provided. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our return procedures.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of product receipt. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please send returns to the address provided by customer service—not directly to the manufacturer.

Only one shipping charge applies per order, including returns. No restocking fees are charged.
